     Our signature services include:

  • Developing a specific budget based on your wants and needs, maximizing every dollar you spend to get the most out of it.

  • Forming an complete, detailed and up to date timeline and carrying it through to completion

  • Vendor research and coordination

  • Assistance booking group lodging room rates

  • Distributing timelines to all applicable vendors 

  • Attending and directing rehearsal

  • Acting as the "go to" person for all questions and conflict resolution

  • Checking each floral arrangement (bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.) as it comes to ensure each is exactly as ordered, and pinning if necessary

  • Checking each rental item

  • Cuing the sound department for each song selection

  • Assisting the photographer if necessary

  • Assisting the ushers with seating placement for your guests

  • Arranging all guests for wedding couple's departure from the church, passing out birdseed, bubbles, etc.

  • Full wedding day directing (too vast to mention every detail), beginning upon your arrival at the church

  • Collection of all final payments to disburse to vendors the day of

  • Reception coverage (too vast to mention every detail), beginning with your arrival at the reception

  • Assisting the entertainment from the Grand Entrance until all scheduled events are completed (Grand Entrance, toast, dinner, cake, all scheduled dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, cake cutting if not done by the caterer or banquet hall)

  • Placement of toss bouquet, placement of favors, etc
